Third Friday Durham Art Walk & Gallery Crawl – Friday, 6-9pm – Explore Durham’s galleries, art studios, restaurants and more featuring street performers and special limited exhibits.

Lower Eno River Discovery Paddle – Saturday, 11am-2pm – Explore the hidden creeks and caves along the Eno River and into the Neuse River with this three-hour guided tour from Two Sisters Adventure Company.

St. Paddy’s Weekend – Saturday and Sunday, 11am – Don your green garb and party at James Joyce Irish Pub with live Irish music, special St. Patrick’s Day drinks and good food! Enjoy a Guinness, Irish whiskey, cocktails and more. 

Durham Shamrock Stroll St. Paddy’s Bar Crawl – Saturday, 4-8pm – Immerse yourself in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day with this exciting bar crawl through Durham! Wear your best (and craziest) green outfit as you walk from bar to bar to partake in drink specials and St. Paddy’s day swag. 

ICCA South Semifinal – Saturday, 7pm – Want to experience the real-life version of the movie “Pitch Perfect?” The Carolina Theatre hosts the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella in a family-friendly evening where the best local a cappella groups battle head-to-head for a spot in the next round of competition! 

Black Velvet Art Salon – Saturday, 8pm – Dress in your best black velvet attire for this 18th century Paris salon-inspired event. This one-night art show at PS37 features work by Sarah Rain Hammond, Charlotte Hord Smith, Mark Malek and Greta Boney. Enjoy a curated menu of pinot noir selections and an array of hors d’oeuvres inspired by the night’s theme served by chef Brandon Chaney
